GamZark Studio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pheri Wala Simulator collects, uses, and protects information when you play our game. 

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. However, the third-party services integrated in our game may automatically collect certain data:

a) Device & Technical Information

  • Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID / AAID, IP address)
  • Device model, operating system version, hardware details
  • App version, language, and region settings

b) Usage & Analytics Data (via Google Firebase Analytics)

  • In-game events and player behavior (e.g. levels played, items purchased)

  • Feature usage statistics

c) Crash & Performance Data (via Google Firebase Crashlytics)

  • Device state at time of crash (memory, battery, OS version)
  • Stack traces for debugging purposes

d) Advertising & Medation Data (via Google AdMob & Unity Ads)

  • Advertising ID (AAID) for serving relevant advertisements and mediation bidding
  • Ad interaction data (impressions,Video Views, clicks)
  • Approximate location (country/region level only)

e) In-App Purchase Data (via Google Play Billing)

  • Purchase history within the game (managed by Google Play)
  • Transaction IDs for purchase verification
  • We do NOT store your payment card details — all billing is handled by Google Play

f) Remote Configuration Data (via Google Firebase Remote Config)

  • App configuration flags fetched from our Firebase project
  • No personal data is stored through Remote Config

2. How We Use This Information

The data collected is used for:

  • Ensuring the game runs correctly on different devices
  • Diagnosing and fixing crashes and bugs (Crashlytics)
  • Understanding how players interact with the game (Analytics)
  • Displaying advertisements and optimizing ad fill rates via mediation partners (AdMob & Unity Ads)
  • Processing and verifying in-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
  • Updating game behavior remotely without app updates (Remote Config)

4. Advertising & Medation

Our game displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Unity Ads. These ad networks may use your device's Advertising ID (AAID) to show personalized or contextual ads depending on user consent and region.

  • Opt-out: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time via:

    Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android 11 and below).

  • Consent Management: In regions covered by GDPR (EU/EEA) or other regulatory privacy frameworks, a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog is displayed prior to ad requests.

5. In-App Purchases

Pheri Wala Simulator offers optional in-app purchases (consumable virtual currency). All transactions are:

  • Processed securely through Google Play Billing
  • Subject to Google Play's Terms of Service
  • Not stored or processed by GamZark Studio directly

We do not have access to your payment card information at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only with:

  • Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing)  as described above
  • Unity Technologies (Unity Engine, Unity Ads) for gameplay performance and ad serving.
  • Legal authorities  only if required by applicable law

7. Children's Privacy

Pheri Wala Simulator is intended for a general audience (ages 3+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our ad configuration is set to request child-directed treatment settings in compliance with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it promptly.

8. Data Retention

  • Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months (Firebase default)
  • Crash logs are retained for 90 days (Crashlytics default)
  • Purchase records are managed by Google Play per their own retention policy

9. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

  • Access the data collected about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 4)

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All communications with Firebase, AdMob, and Unity servers use encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols. We do not store sensitive personal data on our own external servers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when new features are added. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
